IntelliMatch Operational Control app for iPhone and iPad

The IntelliMatch Operation Control app is used to access the IntelliMatch enterprise system to monitor the operations entire reconciliation landscape from ATMs to Nostros, enabling real-time escalation, assignment and event-based notification.

The app is used for the following purposes:
o Track the status of every reconciliation, from data file receipt through to account approval, from a single screen.
o Monitoring real-time escalation through user specific alerts and charts to understand changing operational risks and exposure.
o Ensure immediate response to requests for approval, rejection and commentary for reconciliations, matches and transactions.
o Assign, reassign, and prioritize workload and notifying resources of key issues that require attention to eliminate costly delays.
